Connecting with a likeminded person, Life & Wholistic Coaching is a deep, sometimes gentle and sometimes not so gentle technique to help me find things that are blocked off from my reality, consciousness. To discover my real self. The person I meant to be, the good and the not so good, so I can begin to develop a more positive, calm, loving and meaningful life not just for me but for all significant others in my world.
For the first few days after my one-to-one online session with Gabrielle, I found I was coming up short for the proper words to describe my experience. But I’ve figured it out–Gabrielle helped me to create space in my life–mind, body, soul.. We all know ourselves best, but when you find someone who provides something you couldn’t/didn’t know how to give yourself. . . you have found someone incredibly, deeply special. Gabrielle has been a wonderful mentor to me over the past 3 years. From 1 on 1 coaching, to teaching about Prana, the Doshas and Yoga – the journey has been so much more than I expected when I rang about learning to meditate…it has also been so much less. When I say that, I am not trivialising the work; just that Gabrielle helps simplify life; removing some of the clutter we attract in our busy lives and focusing on what is important. Hello Gab, just wanted to thank you for the wonderful space you offer for meditation learning and practice. The 6 week course offered me a structured practice pattern and a timely reminder of how to breathe and cope when life gets tough. I have found this term to be incredibly helpful and has been a non judgmental space to come and just BE! Thank you for your gentle energy and meditation guidance. A re energising space to settle and learn more about ourselves. A wonderful skill to have in our coping tool box which still needs a polish every now and then

Thank you Gabrielle for the session last week. You took no time at all to identify what’s going on with me and to help me realise what, in fact, I already know. We had Gabrielle run “Refresh and Refocus” sessions at the 2017 BT Select Principals Forum. These brief sessions were a great way to get everyone into the ‘zone’ again to focus on the next session at our Forum. Gabrielle shared simple techniques that can be used at any time during our busy lives. Thanks Gabrielle!
I attended Gabrielle's sessions given at a recent conference (BT Select, Port Douglas) and she held the people in the room quietly enthralled with her breathing techniques. Her presentation was professional and her communication was clear and well modulated. Her session was a welcome breather in the middle of intense mental focus on compliance! Morning Yoga: Gabrielle is a very thoughtful and sensitive yoga teacher. She is mindful of your capacity to perform the yoga and was so helpful.
I was a little worried about how the team (60 staff at DMG Financial) would take to the morning session (with Gabrielle). Based on the involvement on the day and the feedback that I have received since I had no reason to worry. Personally, I got so much out of it and many aspects that I will take away and utilise everyday going forward. Can’t ask for much more than that.
Gabrielle has the most amazing ability to intuitively 'get' you. It's hard to explain the effect of her coaching work has had on me, but I am so more relaxed, positive and inspired because of her. I would highly recommend working with her. Gab you rock!!
