When we come together to practice, our focus steadies, our motivation improves and our heart softens.

We can take these skills and understanding into our daily life.

Join our Lennox Meditation, in-person group to practice, explore and share together in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Meditation (30mins), Dharma talk and optional sharing.

All meditation experience levels most welcome.
Drop-ins and holiday makers also warmly welcome.

2nd & 4th Thursday each month throughout 2025

6pm for 6:15pm meditation start - 7:45pm

BYO Meditation cushion/stool and shawl etc.  
Chairs available.

Cost: $5 (rent)  +  Dana (donation) for the Teacher
